FAA approval information for XeVision® aircraft HID lighting systems

We do have one STC but no PMA despite the fact that technically our HID Xenon metal halide arc discharge landing and taxi lights would exceed any requirement.

Even though our XeVision landing and taxi lights are for experimental aircraft, our HID aircraft lighting kits can be and have been approved for certified aircraft with FAA approval in numerous certified production aircraft. Most of the applications were granted based on the accepted technology, our superior quality, and meeting or exceeding certification standards. If you decide to go this route, we are happy to provide appropriate documentation and assistance.

XeVision conversion kit installations:

We have compiled a list of professional shops with experienced certified technicians who will install our XeVision landing & taxi lights and pulsing system in your production aircraft based on a FAA 337 field approval. See list here.
